Location- Fully Virtual

Join our team as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Vermont with VocoVision, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional teletherapy services to clients across the state. Utilizing advanced teletherapy technology, you will conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy sessions remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct remote assessments and evaluations using state-of-the-art teletherapy technology.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and administer evidence-based therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, families, educators, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care and ongoing progress monitoring.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Stay current with the latest research and developments in speech-language pathology to enhance therapeutic interventions.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field. Licensed or eligible for licensure as an SLP in Vermont . ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred. Previous experience in teletherapy is advantageous, or a strong willingness to learn and adapt to teletherapy platforms.

Typical responsibilities of a speech-language pathologist include:

Becoming a speech-language pathologist typically requires a Master’s degree from an accredited program, passing a national exam, and gaining the necessary clinical experience before being able to practice. Speech-language pathologists should earn a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), offered by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
