Job Description

Engage in a rewarding opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Delmar, DE, within a dynamic K-12 educational environment. Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Proven experience in a school-based setting is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Provide direct therapy to students requiring speech and language intervention.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to support students’ communicative goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation of services.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a holistic approach to student care.
