Qualifications:

Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC)
Experience in pediatric speech therapy, preferably in a school setting
Familiarity with healthcare settings is a plus
Active Missouri SLP License
Ability to collaborate effectively with educational staff and parents
Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop individual education plans (IEPs) for students
Provide direct speech and language therapy to assigned caseload
Monitor and document student progress and adjust therapy as needed
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student needs
Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student outcomes
