Qualifications:

• Valid WA Occupational Therapy license and ESA
• Demonstrated experience in school settings
• Strong assessment and therapy skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators and other specialists
• Familiarity with IEPs and the special education process

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
• Deliver direct services to students, managing a caseload of 900 to 950 minutes per week
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student needs across multiple schools
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation of student progress
• Adapt therapy techniques to meet the diverse needs of elementary and secondary students
