Qualifications:

• Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license as a social worker.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work (BSW or MSW).
• Experience working in school settings, particularly with elementary students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement effective interventions.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to school social work.

Location:
Aurora, CO

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, intervention, and support services to students facing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create and implement individualized support plans.
• Facilitate social skills groups and crisis intervention as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and services provided.
• Participate in school meetings and contribute to a positive educational environment.
