Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota State Special Education teaching licensure
• ECSE (Early Childhood Special Education) credential required
• Experience working with behavior management strategies preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to various classroom environments

Location: Little Falls, MN

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with diverse needs
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies to ensure effective learning outcomes
• Provide support and guidance to students in various classroom settings as a floating specialist
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and IEP compliance
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and needs
