We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional to join our educational team. The Paraprofessional will work closely with teachers to ensure a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with classroom instruction and reinforce lesson plans.
  • Support students with special needs, both academically and behaviorally.
  • Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to provide individualized support.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the teacher or school administrator.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher preferred).
  • Experience working with children, particularly in an educational setting.
