Job Description

A structured and engaging opportunity is available for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young children. This position is set in a supportive elementary school environment in Medford, OR, and focuses on serving a pediatric population.

Location: Medford, OR

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to students aged 3-5 with speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students’ overall development.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions.
  • Conduct group and individual therapy sessions to promote effective communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience in pediatric speech therapy, particularly in a school setting.
