Position Overview:
We are searching for a dedicated Virtual School Psychologist to provide remote psychological services to students in Maine. This 1099 independent contractor position offers the flexibility to work from home while making a significant impact on students' academic and emotional development. Candidates must hold an active Maine School Psychologist credential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct remote psychological assessments for students in Maine.
  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions to address emotional, behavioral, and academic needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create and implement intervention plans.
  • Use data from assessments to recommend academic and behavioral strategies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of IEPs for students with special needs.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of student progress, assessments, and services provided.

Qualifications:

  • Current Maine School Psychologist credential.
  • Maine state teaching certification
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in school psychology or teletherapy is preferred but not required.
