Job Description
A unique opportunity is available for a skilled educator specializing in Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) instruction. This position is located in Alexandria, VA, within a K-12 school environment, and is set to commence ASAP, continuing through June 2025. The role involves an itinerant position serving a diverse caseload ranging from Pre-K to 12th grade.
Qualifications:
- Valid Virginia Special Education License with DHH endorsement
- Strong background in developing and implementing IEPs
- Experience working with students who are deaf or hard of hearing
