Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Warrenton, VA
Hours: Only 10 per week. **Urgent need**


We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission.
As a BCBA, you will work closely with clients, families, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and ensure the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs for clients.
  • Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff.
  • Monitor and analyze client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective and cohesive treatment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Virginia Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) Certification.
  • At least 2 years of experience working as a BCBA in a school setting.
  • Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, or other behavioral challenges.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles, methodologies, and ethical guidelines.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in supervision and training of RBTs preferred.
