Job Description:

Sunbelt Staffing is excited to announce multiple openings for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to work with K-12 students in Taos, New Mexico. We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team and provide support to students across K-12 caseloads. Both part-time and full-time positions are available.

As a BCBA, you will work closely with educators, parents, and school staff to implement behavior intervention plans and provide critical support to students with varying behavioral needs. This role offers flexibility with scheduling and a competitive benefits package to support your well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Collaborate with educators, school staff, and parents to implement and monitor behavior interventions.
  • Provide one-on-one support and training to staff and families on behavior strategies.
  • Collect data and track the effectiveness of interventions.
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians).

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA License (New Mexico).
  • Experience working with K-12 students and behavior intervention plans is preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
