Job Description
A structured and engaging opportunity is available for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young children. This position is set in a supportive elementary school environment in Medford, OR, and focuses on serving a pediatric population.
Location: Medford, OR
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to students aged 3-5 with speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students’ overall development.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions.
- Conduct group and individual therapy sessions to promote effective communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience in pediatric speech therapy, particularly in a school setting.
- Familiarity with IEP development and collaborative practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
