Job Description
In Dixon, CA, a unique opportunity is available for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are eager to make a meaningful impact in K-12 educational settings. This role focuses on providing essential support to students through the application of Behavior Analysis techniques, fostering an environment conducive to learning and development.
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience working with children in educational settings, particularly with special education students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Commitment to professional development and best practices in behavior analysis
Location:
Dixon, CA
Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one behavioral training and support to students
- Collaborate with teachers and BCBAs to implement customized behavior intervention plans
- Monitor and document student progress, reporting changes and successes
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes student independence
