Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Admissions Home Health RN for a contract position in beautiful Chesapeake, VA. If you have at least one year of recent home health experience and are passionate about providing exceptional care, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Perform OASIS Start of Care Assessments with expertise and efficiency.
• Deliver top-tier nursing care, including wound care, medication administration, and patient education.
• Serve as a trusted resource for patients and families, guiding them through their care plans.

Schedule Details:

• Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 8-hour day shifts.
• Hours: 40 hours per week.
• Some on-call and weekend responsibilities.

Qualifications We’re Looking For:

• Experience: At least one year of recent home health experience is required.
• Licensure: Active Virginia RN license.
• Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Expertise: Proficient in OASIS and HomeCare HomeBase software.
• Education: Nursing degree required.
