Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is looking for an experienced Travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Peoria, IL. Peoria is a vibrant city that offers a blend of urban amenities and scenic beauty, making it an ideal location for your next travel assignment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures.
  • Operate specialized cath lab equipment and monitor patient vitals during procedures.
  • Ensure sterile environments are maintained throughout procedures.
  • Collaborate with the cath lab team to provide quality patient care.
  • Document patient information accurately in EMR systems.

Certifications & Licenses:

  • ACLS (AHA)
  • ARRT certification
  • BLS (AHA)
  • IEMA (Illinois State) License in Radiologic Technology

Required Skills:

  • EKG interpretation
  • Experience with cardiovascular procedures
  • Knowledge of cardiac anatomy and function
  • Proficiency in aseptic technique
