Shift: Monday-Friday with possible on-call duties

Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is currently hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract assignment in Rosedale, MD. This position requires expertise in providing high-quality patient care, proficiency in OASIS documentation, and experience with Homecare Homebase software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed patient assessments and document findings accurately using OASIS
• Create and implement customized care plans tailored to patient needs
• Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication administration, and patient education
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care
• Educate and empower patients and their families to promote independence in managing care

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Maryland
• Proficiency in OASIS documentation and Homecare Homebase required
• At least 2 years of recent Home Health nursing experience preferred
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and onboarding in compliance with Joint Commission standards
• Open to both local candidates and travelers
