Job Description
An opportunity awaits for a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to support students in a dynamic K-12 educational setting. This contract position, based in Jacksonville, NC, focuses on providing essential speech and language services to an elementary caseload, ensuring that each child receives the guidance they need to thrive academically and socially.
Qualifications:
- Valid North Carolina Speech Language Pathologist License; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome to apply
- Strong background in pediatric speech therapy, particularly within school settings
- Proficient in developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Location:
This position is located in Jacksonville, NC, within a K-12 school environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students’ speech and language abilities and identify their needs
- Develop and implement tailored therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals

IR nursing is a subspecialty of radiology that focuses on diagnosing and treating patients using minimally invasive techniques. The goal of an interventional radiology nurse is to reduce risk to patients while improving their health through less invasive procedures for reduced pain and recovery time.
Interventional Radiology Nursing Duties
Some of the IR nurse’s responsibilities include:

After completing your BSN, you must pass the NCLEX-RN examination and gain hands-on experience as an RN and radiology nurse. As this is a nursing specialty, you can expect to spend at least five years gaining experience in a residency program before becoming board certified.
