Job Description

Telehealth School Psychologist  2024/2025 Schoolyear 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual psychological assessments and evaluations for students.

  • Provide individual and group counseling to students with various emotional and behavioral challenges.

  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement intervention plans.

  • Participate in IEP and 504 plan meetings as needed.

  • Offer training and support to staff on mental health issues and strategies.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Stay informed about best practices and current trends in school psychology.

Requirements:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.

  • Active and valid state licensure or certification as a school psychologist.

  • 2+ experience working with K-12 students in an educational setting (virtual experience preferred)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in using virtual platforms for assessments and counseling.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Experience with 1099 contract position (preferred)
