Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist for Educational Services

As a fully remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you will provide teletherapy services to students from diverse educational backgrounds. You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering ongoing therapy through telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough speech and language assessments using virtual tools and standardized testing methods.
  • Create and implement personalized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs.
  • Provide virtual speech and language therapy to students of all ages, including children and adolescents.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure well-rounded support for each student.
  • Monitor student progress, adjust therapy plans as needed, and track ongoing improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (must be licensed in the state(s) where services are provided).
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred.
  • Experience providing speech and language therapy in a school or clinical setting (teletherapy experience is an asset).
  • Strong understanding of speech and language disorders, assessment tools, and therapy techniques.
  • Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and technology to deliver virtual services effectively.
