Position Overview:
We are currently looking for a skilled and passionate Virtual Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our remote team supporting students in Nevada. As a 1099 independent contractor, this position offers the flexibility to work from home while providing essential therapy to students in need. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a clinical and technical team and utilize a comprehensive toolkit to help deliver meaningful and effective therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide remote occupational therapy services to students with a variety of needs, including fine motor skills, sensory processing, and adaptive skills
Design and implement individualized therapy plans to support each student’s goals and educational development
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to track progress and make necessary adjustments to therapy plans
Utilize virtual therapy platforms and assistive technologies to create engaging therapy sessions
Integrate a comprehensive toolkit into virtual sessions to enhance the learning experience and promote success

Qualifications:

Valid teaching certification in Nevada
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
Experience in delivering occupational therapy services, particularly in a virtual setting
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with digital tools, virtual platforms, and adaptive technologies
