Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated School Social Worker with a valid 310 certification in Michigan to join our network. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while making a meaningful impact on students’ lives. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing social work services within educational settings and possess a strong understanding of Michigan state regulations.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students’ social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
Develop and implement individualized plans and interventions to support students’ academic and social success.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive environment for students.
Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services provided.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
Valid Michigan 310 School Social Worker certification.
Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Comfortable using technology and telepractice platforms.
