Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is actively seeking a skilled Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment in Saluda, VA. This role is ideal for nurses proficient in OASIS documentation and Homecare Homebase, ready to deliver exceptional in-home care to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct patient assessments and accurately complete OASIS documentation
Develop and implement care plans that address individual patient needs
Provide nursing care, including wound care, medication administration, and health monitoring
Collaborate with healthcare teams to support comprehensive patient care
Educate patients and families about managing health conditions and promoting recovery

Qualifications:

Active RN license in Virginia
Proficiency in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase required
Minimum of 2 years of Home Health nursing experience preferred
Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and onboarding in compliance with Joint Commission standards
Open to both local and traveling candidates
