Job Description

Exciting Opportunity:
Sunbelt Staffing is looking for 2 experienced Behavior Therapists/Paraeducators to join the team at Burlington Public Schools. This is a great chance to make a meaningful impact while working with students in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 support to students or assist in classroom settings.
Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement behavioral and educational strategies.
Use ABA techniques to help students succeed academically and socially.

Position Details:

Start Date: ASAP
End Date: June 2025
Schedule: Full-time, 35 hours per week.
Setting: Elementary school building

Qualifications:

Prior experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is required.
Strong ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, and families.
Experience in school settings is preferred but not mandatory.
