Shift: Monday-Friday, with potential on-call

Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a motivated Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in Niagara Falls, NY. This role is ideal for an experienced RN with strong OASIS documentation skills and proficiency in Homecare Homebase software. Provide compassionate, in-home patient care and make a difference in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings using OASIS standards
Develop and execute customized care plans to address patient needs
Deliver skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and health monitoring
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless, high-quality care
Educate patients and families on managing health conditions and wellness strategies

Qualifications:

Active RN license in New York
Proficiency in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase required
At least 2 years of Home Health nursing experience preferred
Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and onboarding per Joint Commission standards
Locals and travelers both welcome
