Job Title: Travel Ultrasound/Vascular Sonographer
Location: Syracuse, NY
Assignment: 13 Weeks

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled and experienced Travel Ultrasound/Vascular Sonographer for a 13-week assignment in Syracuse, NY. This is an excellent opportunity to bring your expertise to a dynamic healthcare team while exploring the vibrant culture and scenic beauty of Syracuse.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate sonographic equipment to perform diagnostic examinations independently.
Accurately differentiate between normal and pathologic findings during sonographic exams.
Obtain and document appropriate medical history from patients.
Communicate diagnostic findings effectively to the radiologist.
Manage daily operations of the sonographic laboratory, including patient scheduling, equipment maintenance, and quality assurance.
Adhere to established protocols and maintain compliance with safety and operational standards.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an ultrasound program accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) or the United States Department of Education (USDOE).
RDMS certification in Abdominal and OB/Gyn is required.
Minimum of one year of experience as a diagnostic medical sonographer.
Strong ability to use independent judgment during examinations to ensure accurate results.
Excellent communication and patient care skills.
