Job Title: Travel X-Ray Technologist
Location: Rochester, NY

Type: Full-Time Contract Position

Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Day Shift, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday - Friday)

Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled Travel X-Ray Technologist to join a leading medical facility in Rochester, NY. This position involves working full-time day shifts and provides an excellent opportunity to apply your X-ray expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a range of X-ray procedures, including moderate sedation, OR, ED trauma, and fluoroscopy exams.
Operate X-ray and fluoroscopy equipment, including portable CARM systems.
Ensure high-quality imaging and prioritize patient safety during all procedures.
Work closely with medical staff to provide comprehensive diagnostic services.
Maintain and operate X-ray equipment according to safety and quality standards.
Participate in rotating on-call responsibilities and weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications:

ARRT Certification required.
New York State Department of Health (NYS DOH) Rad Tech Licensure required.
Strong experience in fluoroscopy and OR procedures is essential.
Recent acute care or surgery center experience with portable CARM preferred.
Ability to work full-time day shifts (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) Monday through Friday.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen in accordance with Joint Commission standards.
