Shift: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Description: Sunbelt Staffing, a Joint Commission-certified agency, is looking for an experienced Vascular Ultrasound Technologist to join a leading outpatient clinic in Michigan City, IN. The role involves performing vascular ultrasounds using advanced equipment, managing a patient load of approximately 8-12 per day. The position requires a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) with at least 1 year of experience, along with ARDMS and BLS certifications. This is a fantastic opportunity to work a consistent four-day workweek in a patient-friendly setting, utilizing your expertise in vascular imaging.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct vascular ultrasound exams with precision and care using Vascular Ultrasound/Parks Flow equipment.
Handle a patient schedule of 8-12 patients per day in an outpatient office.
Maintain accurate records and document all findings using the Epic EMR system.
Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring comfort and clear communication throughout the procedure.
Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver quality care to each patient.

Qualifications:

RVT certification required.
ARDMS and AHA BLS certifications required.
A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Vascular Ultrasound Technologist.
Familiarity with Vascular Ultrasound/Parks Flow equipment and Epic EMR.
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission.
A patient-centered approach with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
