Job Title: RN - Telemetry Nurse
Location: Altoona, PA

Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is looking for a dedicated RN to fill a Telemetry Nurse position in Altoona, PA. This role requires the flexibility to float across all Med/Surg and Stepdown units within the hospital. The position includes rotating shifts with every other weekend and holiday requirements. This opportunity offers a chance to work in a dynamic environment while providing essential telemetry care to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor telemetry data and manage patient care based on readings.
Float between Med/Surg and Stepdown units as needed.
Evaluate patient conditions and respond promptly to changes.
Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Adapt to a rotating schedule, including every other weekend and holiday shifts.

Qualifications:

Active RN license in Pennsylvania required.
At least 2 years of experience in Med/Surg and/or Stepdown units.
Experience with telemetry monitoring and related care.
Ability to handle diverse patient needs and float across various units.
Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission.
