Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated RN Telemetry for a travel assignment in Milwaukee, WI. In this role, you’ll provide critical care on telemetry units. Flexibility to float between various units is required, and the 50-mile radius rule applies—local candidates will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients on telemetry units, including those with vents, trachs, COPD, chest pain, cardiac cath, sepsis, and CHF.
Assist with wound care, surgical and post-operative care, and perform IV starts.
Utilize EPIC for documentation and manage medications with Alaris and Pyxis systems.
Monitor patients with GE equipment and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Float between different departments as needed.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of travel RN experience (first-time travelers will not be considered).
RN license with current BLS certification.
Proficiency in telemetry is essential.
Experience with wound care, surgical/post-op care, and IV starts preferred.
Must pass background check, drug screen, and complete onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission.
COVID-19 vaccination required.
Experience with EPIC charting system required.
