Location: Fairview Heights, IL

Type: Contract
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Monday-Friday, with potential on-call

Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment in Fairview Heights, IL. This position is ideal for a nurse proficient in OASIS documentation and experienced with Homecare Homebase software. Deliver compassionate care while helping patients achieve their health goals in the comfort of their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough patient assessments and complete OASIS documentation
Develop and implement customized care plans to meet patient needs
Deliver direct nursing care, including medication management and wound care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for patients
Provide education to patients and caregivers on self-care and health maintenance

Qualifications:

Active RN license in Illinois
Expertise in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase required
2 years of Home Health experience preferred
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
Locals and travelers both accepted
