Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment in Staunton, VA. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with strong OASIS documentation and Homecare Homebase experience, dedicated to providing exceptional in-home patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete comprehensive patient assessments and maintain accurate OASIS documentation
Create and manage patient-centered care plans tailored to individual health needs
Deliver nursing care, including wound treatment, medication management, and health monitoring
Work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care strategies

Qualifications:

Active RN license in Virginia
Proficiency in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase required
Minimum of 2 years of Home Health nursing experience preferred
Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and onboarding in compliance with Joint Commission standards
Open to both local and traveling candidates
