Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in Buffalo, NY. This role requires proficiency in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase software. Join a compassionate team of healthcare professionals while providing top-tier care to patients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings using OASIS standards
Create and implement care plans tailored to each patient’s individual needs
Provide nursing care, including wound care, medication administration, and patient monitoring
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the best patient outcomes
Educate patients and their families on self-care and health management

Qualifications:

Active RN license in New York
Proficiency in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase required
2 years of Home Health experience preferred
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
Locals and travelers both accepted
