Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Nuclear Medicine Tech for a 13-week travel assignment in Dayton, OH. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established facility while providing top-tier care and imaging services.

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures, including imaging, scans, and radiopharmaceutical preparations.
Work closely with patients to explain procedures and provide clear instructions.
Ensure proper positioning of patients for imaging and administer radioactive drugs safely.
Analyze images and collaborate with physicians to ensure accurate results and diagnoses.
Maintain patient safety and adhere to all safety protocols related to radioactive materials.
Document patient data, results, and relevant medical history accurately in the system.

Requirements:

NMTCB or ARRT (N) certification required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in nuclear medicine technology.
Must have active BLS certification.
State licensure in Ohio required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
