Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a travel assignment in Evansville, IL. This role involves working 8-hour day shifts at a reputable facility for 13 weeks. As a Travel Nuclear Medicine Tech, you will be responsible for performing a range of nuclear medicine procedures in a dynamic healthcare environment. Please note, this position follows the 50-mile radius rule—local candidates will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform nuclear medicine procedures, including patient preparation, radiopharmaceutical administration, imaging, and data analysis.
Operate imaging equipment accurately and efficiently.
Work closely with radiologists and other medical professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
Maintain detailed patient records and adhere to all safety and operational protocols.
Provide excellent patient care and support throughout the imaging process.

Qualifications:

Certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist required.
At least 2 years of experience in nuclear medicine.
Proficiency in nuclear medicine equipment and diagnostic procedures.
Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and complete onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission.
Ability to adhere to the 50-mile radius rule.
