Location: Tyler, TX

Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday (No float, no call)

Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Tyler, TX. This position offers 40 guaranteed hours per week, with opportunities for overtime. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of MRI experience and prior travel experience. In this role, you’ll work Monday through Friday with no floating or on-call requirements, allowing for a balanced work schedule in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct MRI scans for a diverse patient population.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and deliver high-quality imaging.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure accurate diagnostic results.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and records for each procedure.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiological Sciences or equivalent program.
  • Minimum of 2 years of MRI experience, including travel experience.
  • TX MRT Licensure required.
  • ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT (MRI) certification.
  • BLS (AHA only).
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission.
