Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled Travel MRI Tech for a 13-week assignment in Michigan City, IN.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform MRI scans using GE Artist 1.5T and Hitachi 1.2T open unit systems, ensuring high-quality images for accurate diagnosis.
Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, ensuring safety and comfort throughout the exam.
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to provide diagnostic imaging results.
Maintain and operate MRI equipment, performing routine safety checks and troubleshooting as needed.
Adhere to all safety protocols, including patient screening for MRI safety and radiation protection.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of MRI experience required.
MRI registry certification required.
Experience with GE Artist 1.5T and Hitachi 1.2T open unit systems preferred.
Active Indiana Radiologic Technologist license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Assignment Details:

Duration: 13 weeks.
Shift: Evening shifts with potential weekend or on-call requirements.
