Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Travel MRI Tech for a 13-week assignment in Washington, DC. This position is ideal for an MRI technologist looking to work in a prestigious healthcare facility while exploring the nation's capital.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality MRI scans based on physician orders.
Ensure patient safety and comfort during MRI procedures.
Operate and maintain MRI equipment, including conducting safety checks and calibrations.
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to provide accurate diagnostic imaging.
Adhere to radiation safety and MRI protocols in accordance with facility standards.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of MRI Tech experience
Current ARRT (MR) certification.
Active Radiologic Technologist license.
Experience with GE or Siemens MRI equipment preferred.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Strong understanding of MRI safety, including working in a magnetized environment.

Assignment Details:

Duration: 13 weeks.
Shift: Variable shifts, may include weekends or on-call.
Location: Washington, DC – Explore the historic landmarks, museums, and cultural attractions of this vibrant city.
