Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days; Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
Weekend Rotation: 4 hours on Saturdays for on-call

Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced MRI Tech to join a top healthcare facility in Lawrence, KS. In this role, you will be responsible for operating Siemens MRI equipment and working with Cerner EMR. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of MRI experience and an active ARRT license. On-call and weekend requirements are included.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform MRI scans using Siemens equipment
  • Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff to ensure accurate diagnostic images
  • Provide patient care and maintain safety protocols during imaging
  • Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and image management
  • Participate in on-call rotations and work occasional Saturdays as needed

Qualifications:

  • Active ARRT (MRI) certification
  • At least 2 years of MRI experience
  • Experience with Siemens MRI equipment preferred
  • Active BLS certification
  • Proficiency with Cerner EMR
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
  • Locals within a 50-mile radius are not eligible
