Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Travel Med Surg RN for a 13-week assignment in Henderson, KY. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled registered nurse to provide high-quality care in a supportive healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population on a Med Surg unit.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and health management.
Document patient care activities accurately and timely in the electronic medical record (EMR).

Job Requirements:

Active RN license in Kentucky or compact state.
Minimum of 2 years of Med Surg experience required.
BLS certification required
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Assignment Details:

Duration: 13 weeks.
Shift: Night shifts with potential for weekend and holiday rotations.
