Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled and dedicated Travel Mammography Tech for a 13-week assignment in Bossier City, LA. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive healthcare environment while experiencing the culture and hospitality of Louisiana.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology or an equivalent program
1-3 years of experience in Diagnostic Radiology preferred
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Mammography required
Registered by The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography and Mammography required
Current state licensure required
Current BLS certification (AHA preferred)

Responsibilities

Perform high-quality mammography imaging procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety
Operate mammography equipment in accordance with safety protocols and standards
Provide education and support to patients undergoing mammography procedures
Ensure accurate documentation of procedures and patient records
Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide excellent patient care
