Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced and skilled IR Tech for a 13-week travel assignment in Winfield, IL.

Responsibilities:

Perform and assist with a variety of interventional radiology and vascular procedures, including:
- Biopsies, CVC, PICC, and tunneled HD catheter placements.
- Post placements, fistulograms, angiograms, paracentesis, thoracentesis, and drain placements.
- Ureteral stents, nephrostomy tubes, thrombectomies, thrombolysis, and Y-90 treatments.
- Embolizations and other advanced IR procedures.
Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Administer and document the use of contrast media while monitoring patient safety.
Follow strict infection control and radiation safety protocols.

Requirements:

Experience:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in interventional radiology and vascular procedures.
Certifications:
- ARRT asnd BLS certification.
Skills:
- Proficiency with Siemens C-Arm (single and bi-plane) and GE ultrasound equipment.
- Experience with Epic EMR and Omnicell systems.
