Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled CVOR RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Jackson, MI. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated nurse to work in a dynamic cardiovascular operating room environment while exploring the charm of southern Michigan.

Responsibilities:

Provide expert perioperative nursing care during cardiovascular surgical procedures.
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain a sterile field and adhere to infection control protocols.
Monitor and assess patients throughout the surgical process.
Document patient information accurately and timely in the EMR system.

Requirements:

Active RN license in Michigan
BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA).
Minimum of 2 years of recent CVOR experience.
Proficiency in scrub and circulate roles.
Previous travel experience preferred.
