Job Title: Travel CT/X-ray Tech

Location: Elizabethtown, NY

Duration: 20-32 Weeks

Shift: 12-hour Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Job Description: Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled Travel CT/X-ray Tech to join a leading medical facility in Elizabethtown, NY. This role requires flexibility to work in both CT and general X-ray as needed, providing an excellent opportunity for a qualified technologist to enhance their skills in a dynamic and supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform CT scans and general X-rays according to established protocols.
Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
Accurately document procedures using the appropriate EMR systems.
Maintain compliance with Joint Commission standards and regulations.
Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
NYS Rad Tech licensure must be in process.
ARRT (CT) certification required.
NY state injection license required prior to start.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a CT/X-ray Tech.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen in accordance with Joint Commission standards.
