Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a skilled and adaptable CT/X-Ray Tech for a 13-week travel assignment in Front Royal, VA. This is a great opportunity to bring your expertise to a dedicated healthcare team in a beautiful area known for its stunning landscapes and outdoor activities.

Position Details:

Location: Front Royal, VA
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: Full-time; Nights, Sun- Wed

Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality CT and X-ray imaging procedures following facility protocols
Operate and maintain CT and X-ray equipment safely, ensuring adherence to radiation protection guidelines
Position and prepare patients, explaining procedures to ensure comfort and compliance
Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare team members to obtain accurate diagnostic images
Maintain thorough documentation and patient records according to facility standards
Uphold infection control and quality assurance standards in the imaging department

Qualifications:

ARRT (R) certification required; ARRT (CT) preferred
Active Virginia Radiologic Technologist license
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in both CT and X-ray imaging
Current BLS certification
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
