Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced and dedicated Travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in York, PA. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive healthcare environment while exploring the rich history and vibrant community of York.

Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality CT scans and imaging studies as ordered by physicians.
Operate and maintain CT imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and accuracy.
Prepare and position patients for CT procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Administer contrast media as required and follow protocols for its use.
Monitor patient responses during scans and accurately document imaging results.
Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control procedures to maintain a sterile environment.

Requirements:

Certifications: ARRT (CT) certification required
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification also required.
Licensure: Active state license in Pennsylvania.
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a CT Technologist.
Proficiency in operating CT scanners and performing various imaging procedures.
Strong understanding of CT imaging techniques and patient care protocols.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
