Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in Warwick, RI. This role is perfect for an RN proficient in OASIS documentation and skilled with Homecare Homebase software. Join a team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a home health setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough patient assessments and document findings using OASIS standards
Create personalized care plans to address individual patient needs
Deliver hands-on nursing care, including medication administration and wound care
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care delivery
Educate patients and families on managing their health and well-being

Qualifications:

Active RN license in Rhode Island
Proficiency in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase required
2 years of Home Health experience preferred
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
Locals and travelers both accepted
