Location: West Allis, WI
Shift: 8-hour Day Shift (40 hours/week)
Shift Information: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
On-Call & Callback Requirements: 30-minute response time
Weekend Rotation: One weekend every 6 weeks

Job Summary:
Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a Surgical Technician to work full-time in West Allis, Wisconsin. This role is for an 8-hour day shift, requiring on-call and callback with a response time of 30 minutes. The candidate will work approximately one weekend every six weeks. Ideal candidates will be skilled in assisting surgical procedures and maintaining sterile environments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare and arrange surgical instruments and equipment
Support the surgical team in various procedures
Ensure a safe, sterile operating environment
Follow safety protocols and maintain patient confidentiality

Qualifications:

Surgical Technologist experience required
Able to respond to on-call/callback requirements
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
