Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is actively seeking a Special Education Teacher for a position in the Sunfish Lake, MN area. Join our team and make a significant impact on the education and development of students with special needs.

Responsibilities:

Adapting general education lesson plans to meet the unique needs of students with special needs
Developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for each student
Providing direct instruction and support to students in various academic subjects
Collaborating with other educators, support staff, and parents to create an inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education
Minnesota state certification in Special Education
Previous experience working with students with special needs preferred
Knowledge of IEP development and implementation
Strong communication and collaboration skills
