Location: York Center, Ohio
Position Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in York Center, Ohio. This full-time position involves working with K-12 students, providing speech and language therapy to support their academic and social success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Therapy Services: Offer individualized and group speech therapy for K-12 students, focusing on articulation, language development, social communication, fluency, and executive functioning.
  • Develop IEPs: Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate speech goals into the classroom and ensure consistent support.
  • Assessment & Reporting: Conduct speech and language assessments, track student progress, and provide updates to parents and school staff.

What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Ohio SLP License (required)
  • Experience working with K-12 students, preferably in a school-based setting

  • Ability to manage a full caseload and prioritize effectively
